Staging

This South Lake, Texas home was staged by Brendan using the owners furnishings and augmenting with purchased items such as art, window dressing and accessories. Prior to staging, Brendan was  involved in two renovation phases.  When the home was purchased Brendan worked on a minor kitchen renovation, paint colors and flooring.  Brendan was brought back to redesign the Master Bathroom and closets as well as decorating the Nursery for the clients soon to arrive twin boys. The home sold at over asking on the first day it was listed, becoming the highest sale price in the neighborhood by over 40K
