Renovation and Staging

 

Brendan Barry and fellow designer Emilio Verdugo were hired to completely renovate and modernize this Woodland HIlls CA home.  They reworked this "Brady Bunch" home from the early 1970's with a new kitchen, bathrooms and landscaping.  Brendan and Emilio then staged the home the home to fully show off it's features.  The owner loved the home so much he decided to rent the home rather than sell it.
